Doron Jensen, owner of Jensen’s Food & Cocktails, a favorite for 24 years in Eagan and surrounding cities, and Jensen’s Cafe in Burnsville, holds a frank conversation with Alan about the burden that restaurants endured during the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. Jensen maintained its full staff, even through the lockdown, and erected a large heated tent to continue servicing patrons on a limited basis, in addition to social distancing within the building.
