Major General Jon Jensen, MN National Guard Adjutant of the MN National Guard, became a household word for his measured, intelligent and professional handling as a member of Governor Walz’ cabinet during the crisis which surfaced because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Then, another crisis arose with the murder of George Floyd, and again the MN National Guard under his leadership, rose to the occasion. Gen. Jensen has now been nominated to head the Army National Guard for the entire nation.
