Dr. Chaunda Scott, a Michigan academic and and her brother, Anthony Scott, who has a deep background in county and state government, both native Minnesotans, have formed a non-profit to continue their father’s legacy, with events and publications heralding MN’s Black Community and its achievements over the past century and a half.
