DAKOTA COUNTY SHERIFF TIM LESLIE, whose duties include both county-wide jurisdiction and management of the Dakota County Jail, shares events involving his office since his visit just a year ago, some of the educational programs implemented to keep inmates from becoming recidivists, and the use of drones by his office in several different areas of policing and rescues.
