You have a right to die, but just don’t discuss it in Minnesota

When Faith Riverstone learned that she suffers from several incurable maladies, including the onset of dementia, the mother of four contacted the Final Exit Network for advice as to a peaceful termination of her life at a future time. However, because of a jury verdict in Dakota County, MN, which determined that discussing her request is considered “assisting” in suicide, she had to travel out of state to get the information she sought. Whatever happened to the First Amendment?
