Michael Hughes is a member of the Dakota County Lebanon Hills Citizens Advisory Panel. The task of the panel was to answer a set of issues presented by the Dakota County Board of Commissioners because of the degree of controversy in the community about the 2013 plan for the development of Lebanon Hills Regional Park.
Mr. Hughes brings experience from several other planning panels, discusses with host Dr. Roxanne Meshar the considerations and process that his committee went through prior to making their recommendation to the Dakota County Board of Commissioners.
