Hon. Paul Anderson, Minnesota Supreme Court retired justice has lectured and taught worldwide. His Court opinions were often quoted in other jurisdictions for the quality of the writing as well as the legal conclusions he reached. A guest on Access to Democracy since 2002, he has also served a guest-host for a number of interviews. He and Alan spoke of the current US Supreme Court, the Circuit and District Courts, his unhappiness with the recent selection processes under the control of Sen. McConnell, and possible solutions for improving the Supreme Court by adding additional Justices.
