MINNESOTA’S BLACK COMMUNITY IN THE 21ST CENTURY is a new publication, the culmination of years of research and work started by the late Walter Scott, and updated in a sleek, bound edition replete with copious headshots and photos of the many diverse personalities and locations which are so much a part of Minnesota’s landscape, plus historical material, while focusing on today, and the future. Edited by Prof. Chaunda Scott, her brother Anthony Scott (children of Walter) and brothers and civic activists, Dr. Charles Crutchfield and Christopher Crutchfield, the book is available at Barnes & Noble and local bookstores.
