Lt. Col. COLIN FLEMING is the Director of Strategic Communications for the MN National Guard, which, with its more than 14,000 members is the 9th largest Guard contingent in the nation. A verteran of multiple overseas deployments, he comes from a service family and his daughter recently became a 2nd Lt., in the U.S. Army. He spoke of recent events, service of the Guard in the pandemic, and opportunities for college assistance to members and other relevant topics.
