ANTHONY ANDLER, proprietor of Heimie’s in St. Paul, has led the rebirth of downtown St. Paul in the last 15 years, progressing from a leather craftsman to owner of an establishment featuring quality menswear, offering three master barbers for clients, and soon plans to expand the business to include both women’s clothing and a large section for men to outfit themselves for weddings. He still crafts a variety of leather goods, “on the other side of the river.”
